Warranty Policy

Torqvo Limited Lifetime Warranty
Torqvo warrants eligible products purchased new from Torqvo or an authorized seller to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper application for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed.
1. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to eligible Torqvo products purchased new and used on the vehicle for which the product was designed and cataloged.
If an eligible product is determined by Torqvo to have a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Torqvo will, at its option:
- replace the product with the same product,
- replace the product with a comparable product if the original part is no longer available, or
- issue store credit equal to the original purchase price of the product.
2. Warranty Period
“Limited Lifetime” means the period during which the original retail purchaser continues to own the vehicle on which the eligible Torqvo product was originally installed. This warranty is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the vehicle or product.
3. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for coverage under this warranty, all of the following must apply:
- The product must have been purchased new from Torqvo or an authorized seller.
- The claimant must be the original retail purchaser.
- The product must have been installed on the original vehicle for the intended application.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The product must have been installed and used properly under normal operating conditions.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear, cosmetic wear, surface rust, discoloration, staining, or appearance changes that do not affect product function.
- Damage caused by improper installation, improper fitment, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact, road debris, overheating, or lack of maintenance.
- Products used in racing, competition, off-road, commercial, fleet, governmental, agricultural, marine, or other non-standard applications.
- Products used on vehicles that have been modified outside the manufacturer’s intended operating conditions in a way that contributes to the failure.
- Products that have been altered, welded, modified, reconditioned, repaired, or transferred from the original vehicle.
- Products that were purchased used, open-box, or from unauthorized sellers.
- Gaskets, bolts, studs, clamps, hardware, coatings, packaging, and other service items unless Torqvo specifically states otherwise.
- Damage caused by related vehicle issues, including but not limited to engine misfire, improper tuning, failed mounts, exhaust system misalignment, or other vehicle conditions outside the product itself.
- Any claim where proof of purchase or sufficient claim documentation cannot be provided.
- Any product that is functioning as intended and shows only normal service-related wear or environmental exposure.
5. Costs Not Covered
This warranty is limited to the replacement product or store credit described above. It does not cover any other cost or expense, including:
- labor, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs,
- diagnostic fees, inspection fees, or shop charges,
- shipping charges, return shipping charges, taxes, or duties,
- towing, rental vehicle costs, or transportation expenses,
- loss of use, downtime, lost profits, or delays, or
- incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To start a warranty claim, please contact Torqvo at support@torqvo.com and include:
- your full name,
- order number or proof of purchase,
- part number,
- vehicle year, make, model, engine, and VIN if available,
- a description of the issue, and
- clear photos or video showing the claimed defect.
Torqvo may request additional information, inspection details, or return of the product before approving a claim. Products returned for warranty review must not be further altered after the claim is submitted.
7. Claim Review and Remedy
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by Torqvo. If a claim is approved, Torqvo will provide the remedy described in this policy. Replacement products do not extend or restart the original warranty period beyond the original ownership period of the original retail purchaser and vehicle.
If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, Torqvo may provide a comparable replacement or store credit at its sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this Warranty Policy, Torqvo makes no other express warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Limited Lifetime Warranty where such limitation is allowed by law.
9. Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations in this policy may not apply to you.
