Track Your Order

To view your latest order and shipping updates, please use the order status link from your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.

How to Check Your Order

  1. Open your order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email from Torqvo.
  2. Click the order status link or the “View your order” button in the email.
  3. You will be taken to Shopify’s secure order status page to view your order and shipment updates.
  4. If prompted, enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

What You’ll Need

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your shipping confirmation email if your order has already shipped

Can’t Find Your Email?

Please check your inbox, spam folder, or promotions folder for your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Torqvo.

If you still cannot find it, contact our team and include your full name, order number if available, and the email used when placing your order.
